Please read these “Terms of Use” before using the Site to understand rules for access to the Site http://www.globalincomesource.com/ and Services offered through it. These “Terms of Site Use” govern your access to the Site and use of content and services through the Agreement operating between you and the company (Global Income Source).

Acknowledgment

By accessing the Site and/or using the content/services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and accept your access to be in compliance with the terms set out herein. You (visitors or users) show your consent to abide by the “Terms of Use” as posted herein. Disagreement with the terms may lead to suspension of your access to the Site and/or termination of use of content and/or services available.

The terms set out the rights and obligations regarding your access to the Site and use of content and services displaying on the Site. Your access to the Site and use of the content and services are subject to your consent and compliance with these “Terms of Use.” These terms shall apply to all Site visitors and users and whoever accesses the Site and uses content and services.

Where the terms ‘WE’, ‘US’, and ‘OUR’ have been used on the Site shall refer to Global Income Source, its affiliates, associates, allies, executives, staff, representatives, sponsors, and licensor. ‘YOU’ and ‘YOUR’, in a similar context, shall refer to Site visitors and users, i.e., who access our Site, sign up as a registered member on the Site, make any purchase of products and services online on the Site or get engaged in the business proposal offered through the Site.

The term “Terms” refer to the “Terms of Use” and “Device” refers to the means used for accessing the content and services on the Site such as a computer, smartphone, or a digital tablet.

Eligibility for Site Access

You will be eligible to access the Site only if you represent and warrant that you:

(i) are not a minor (below 13 years) in your jurisdiction;
(ii) provide us correct, complete, and updated information on the Site;
(iii) maintain the authenticity of all the information that you share with us when signup or registering on the Site;
(iv) agree to access the Site in compliance with the Terms of Use;
(v) do not access the Site through automated and non-human means such as bot or script;
(vi) agree to not use the Site, its content, and services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

In case we find any information that is incorrect or unauthentic, we reserve the right to suspend your access to our Site and terminate the account/services/proposal/agreement with Global Income Source.

Age

Global Income Source does not allow access to the Site and use of content and services to those under the age of 18. Your access to the Site and the use of services is subject to your representation that you are over 18.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless or otherwise specified herein or expressed in a separate agreement, anything contained in the Site such from text to source code, graphics to website designs, audio to video, images to photographs, software to databases, and functionality features (collectively, the “Content”) is the proprietary property of Global Income Source. The trademarks, service marks, and logos therein (the “marks”) displayed on the Site are owned, operated, and licensed under Global Income Source and are protected by The United States (US) Copyright Law and international intellectual property rights.
Selling, renting, copying, downloading, posting, republishing, reproducing, sharing, or transmitting any content displaying on the Site through any human or non-human means are not permitted unless authorized by Global Income Source.
Global Income Source, depending on the user/visitor, the type of business engagement with the member may allow users and Site visitors to use the Site content with prior written consent, solely at its discretion. Use of the Site content for unauthorized, illegal, unlawful, or commercial purposes is not allowed. We do not provide users/visitors/members with authorization to remove copyright/proprietary notations, marks, and symbols from our content and transfer it to others in a copied, mirrored, or duplicate format.

Links to Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links aren’t owned and operated by the Company. Your access to these Sites shall be at your own risk. The Company has no control over the nature of the content published on these websites and their services. You acknowledge that the Company shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss that occurred with the use of content, products, or services availed by these Sites.
We recommend you to go through the terms and privacy policies of such third-party Sites before you access and use their services.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that may incur while accessing the Site and using the services offered through the Site, the entire liability of the Company and any of its Affiliates, Associates or Allies, under any provision of this Agreement and the overall cost to your remedy for all of the aforesaid shall be limited to the amount that shall not exceed $100/USD, in any case, the Site has not been used to make any purchase.
In no event shall the Company or its affiliates, associates or allies be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data or other information, loss of profits, for business interruption, loss of privacy, for personal injury or any other loss/damage arising out of your inability to use the service, direct, indirect, exemplary, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profit, loss of data, or other damages, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Term of Use, even if the Company or any Affiliate has been advised of such possibility of damages.
In the states where the exclusion of implied warranties and/or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages are not allowed, the above limitations shall not be applicable. Each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law in such states/countries.

Disclaimer for Service Availability

Access to content & services and business/earning opportunities offered/promised on/through the Site are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Company, on its behalf and behalf of its Affiliates, Associates, or Allies and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, title and non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties that may arise out of course of performance, course of dealing, usage or trade practice.
Without limitation to the aforesaid, the Company makes no representation or warranty of any kind that the service offered through the Site will

(i) meet your requirements;
(ii) achieve any proposed or planned results;
(iii) be compatible with any application, software, systems, or services;
(iv) operate without interruption;
(v) meet any performance or reliability standards, or;
(vi) be error-free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the Company's Affiliate, Associate or Licensor makes any representation of any kind:
(i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon;
(ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
(iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or
(iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, Trojan horses, malware, or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations outlined in this section shall apply to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

Disputes Resolution

The parties, i.e., the Company and you (users/members) shall first endeavor to resolve the dispute(s) (arising out of the access to the Site and/or use of the content and services) with mutual discussion. Both Parties shall be free to use legal means for the dispute resolution only in the case when the Parties fail to reach an agreement with mutual discussion. Any legal action brought by either “You” or “Us” (collectively, the “Parties” and individually, a “Party”) shall be commenced in the respective territories/country. Parties, i.e., Global Income Source and User(s) hereby agree to and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-convenient with respect to jurisdiction/courts.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Global Income Source reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or alter any part of the entire terms of this Agreement. We also have the right to add new provision(s) to this Agreement or entirely remove the existing provision(s) from this Agreement. The changes made to the Terms of Use/Service are subject to our sole discretion. We will release prior notice in this regard, i.e., after revisions are added herein in this Agreement. Your continuous access to the Site and Services offered through the Site after the revisions shall be deemed applicable with immediate effect with your consent to the revised terms.
